• The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston upon Thames, UK.

 

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
   • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees of The Bentall Centre, associated retailers, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

 

1. How to Enter:
   • The competition will run at The Bentall Centre in Kingston upon Thames.
   • To enter, participants must:
     • Complete the Giant Christmas Animal Trail using the in-centre QR codes.
     • Enter the prize draw at the final stop of the Trail via the QR code and submit their details.
   • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

 

1. Competition Period:
   • The competition will run from Thursday 13th November 2025 to Friday 19th December 2025.
   • Entries received outside of these dates will not be counted.

 

1. Prize:
   • The prize is £100 worth of gift vouchers to spend at retailers within The Bentall Centre.
   • There is one prize in total.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

 

1. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the competition closing.
   • Winners must respond within five days to claim their prize. If they do not, The Bentall Centre reserves the right to select another winner.

 

1. Prize Collection:
   • Winners must collect their prize in person from The Bentall Centre at an agreed date and time.
