9th July – Safari Savannah
Create vibrant animal masks inspired by iconic savannah creatures like lions, elephants, and zebras. Discover fascinating facts about these animals and their habitats while unleashing your creativity!
26th July – Rainforest Rhythms
Make your own rainsticks and take part in an interactive storytelling session where you’ll use instruments to mimic the sounds of rainforest animals.
2nd August – Ocean Odyssey
Dive deep into the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef with an underwater silent disco featuring fun props and inflatable fish. Afterwards, craft sustainable jellyfish using recycled paper plates and ribbons.
9th August – Kingston Backyard Safari
Build bug hotels to support local garden biodiversity and explore a wildlife trail focused on the fascinating creatures right outside your door.
16th August – Arctic Adventure
Experience the magic of the Arctic in our planetarium with Facing Winter, a powerful visual journey exploring Arctic wildlife and the impact of climate change.

Terrarium Making Workshop – 14th August *Adults Only
Join us for a creative and calming evening as you learn to design and build your own miniature garden under glass. Perfect for beginners or plant lovers looking to try something new, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the basics of terrarium design, plant selection, and care.

Herb Garden – 21st August *Adults only
Discover the joy of growing your own fresh herbs at our hands-on Herb Garden Workshop. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or a curious beginner, you’ll learn how to plant, care for, and harvest a selection of herbs

All materials provided – just bring your imagination! Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your spot.
Please note that our adult events are for ages 13 and up, allowing both adults and young adults to enjoy together. Bringing young children might result in refused entry.

- To enter, participants must follow the instructions on the competition post to enter.
- The prize is for sponsorship for one team.
- There will be 1 winner who will be chosen at random and contacted following the closing date.
- Entry into the competition is restricted to one entry per person and entries received after the stated date will not be eligible.
- Winners have 24 hours upon receipt of winning message to respond and claim the prize or another winner will be chosen shortly after.
