Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames, UK. 

2. Eligibility: 

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. 
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 
  • Employees of The Bentall Centre, associated retailers, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. 

3. How to Enter: 

  • The competition will run across The Bentall Centre’s official Instagram pages. 
  • To enter, participants must: 
  1. Follow both @thebentallcentre and @neals_yard_fenwick on Instagram. 
  2. Comment on this post with what you love most about Neal’s Yard Remedies (your favourite product, scent, treat!). 

4. Competition Period: 

  • The competition will run from 8:00am on Monday 2nd February to 23:59pm on Monday 9th February 2026.  
  • A winner will be contacted on Tuesday 10th February 2026.  
  • Entries received outside of these times will not be counted. 

5. Prize: 

  • The prize for this giveaway is one (1) Night time bundle set from Neal’s Yard Remedies including the following products: Goodnight Pillow Mist, Women’s Balance Foaming Bath, Women’s Balance Body Cream and Night Time Tea.  
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

6. Winner Selection: 

  • One winner will be selected at random from all entries across Instagram. 
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social platform they entered within 24 hours of the competition closing. 
  • The winner must respond within two days to claim their prize. If they fail to do so, The Bentall Centre reserves the right to select another winner. 

7. Prize Collection: 

  • Winners must collect their prize in person from Centre Management Office at The Bentall Centre at an agreed date and time. 
  • Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize. 

8. Publicity:  

  • By entering, winners agree to their name and, if they consent, image being used for reasonable promotional purposes on The Bentall Centre’s social media channels. 

9. Liability: 

  • The Bentall Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries due to technical failures or issues beyond the Centre’s control. 
  • The Bentall Centre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control. 

10. Social Media Disclaimer:  

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility. 

11. General: 

  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
