1. Promoter:  

  • The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility: 

  • This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 
  • Employees of the Promoter, associated retailers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. 

3. How to Enter: 

  • The competition will run across The Bentall Centre’s official Instagram channel. 
  • To enter, participants must: 
  1. Take a selfie with the glowing Bentall Bear located outside the Build-A-Bear store on the Lower Ground Floor at The Bentall Centre 
  2. Post the selfie to their Instagram feed or Stories 
  3. Tag @thebentallcentre and @buildabear 
  4. Use the hashtag #bentallbear 
  • Entries that do not meet these requirements will not be valid. 

4. Competition Period: 

  • The competition will run from 12:00pm on Friday 12 December 2025 until 23:59pm on Sunday 21 December 2025. 
  • The winner will be contacted on Monday 22 December 2025. 
  • Entries received outside of these times will not be counted. 

5. Prize: 

  • The prize is one (1) £75 gift card to spend at Build-A-Bear inside The Bentall Centre only. 
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. 

6. Winner Selection: 

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid Instagram entries. 
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the competition closing. 
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

7. Prize Collection: 

  • The winner must collect the prize in person from Build-A-Bear inside The Bentall Centre at a mutually agreed date and time. 
  • Proof of identity may be required. 

8. Publicity:  

  • By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and, with their consent, image for reasonable promotional purposes by the Promoter on its social media channels. 

9. Liability: 

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or invalid due to technical or other issues beyond its reasonable control. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
