Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames, UK.
2. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of The Bentall Centre, associated retailers, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
• The competition will run across The Bentall Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
• To enter, participants must:
1. Guess the four locations where Zog is hiding around The Bentall Centre.
2. Comment on the giveaway post published on Thursday 21 May 2026 on either The Bentall Centre’s Facebook or Instagram page with all four of your Zog location guesses.
4. Competition Period:
• The competition will run from 8:00am on Monday 18th May to 23:59pm on Thursday 21st May 2026.
• A 1st place winner will be contacted on Thursday 21st May 2026.
• Two runner ups will be contacted on Thursday 21st May 2026.
• Entries received outside of these times will not be counted.
5. Prize:
• The first-place winner will receive one Family Ticket to see Zog The Musical at Rose Theatre, Kingston. The family ticket includes four tickets (2 adults and 2 children) for a performance taking place between Tuesday 26 May – Friday 29 May 2026.
• The first runner-up will receive one large Zog teddy.
• The second runner-up will receive one mini Zog teddy.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection:
• One winner will be selected at random from all entries across Instagram and Facebook.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social platform they entered within 24 hours of the competition closing.
• The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If they fail to do so, The Bentall Centre reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Prize Collection:
• Winners must provide their email address to arrange the collect of their prizes at an agreed date and time.
• Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize.
8. Publicity:
• By entering, winners agree to their name and, if they consent, image being used for reasonable promotional purposes on The Bentall Centre’s social media channels.
9. Liability:
• The Bentall Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries due to technical failures or issues beyond the Centre’s control.
• The Bentall Centre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Social Media Disclaimer:
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility.
11. General:
• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
