Terms & Conditions 
1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is The Bentall Centre, Kingston Upon Thames, UK. 
2. Eligibility: 
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. 
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 
  • Employees of The Bentall Centre, associated retailers, their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. 
3. How to Enter: 
  • The competition will run across The Bentall Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. 
  • To enter, participants must: 
  1. ‘Follow’ @thebentallcentre on Instagram and ‘Like’ the giveaway post on Facebook. 
  2. ‘Comment’ on the competition post with their favourite Zootropolis character and why. 
4. Competition Period: 
  • The competition will run from 5:00pm on Wednesday 3rd December to 23:59pm on Sunday 7th December 2025. 
  • A winner will be contacted on Monday 8th December. 
  • Entries received outside of these times will not be counted. 
5. Prize: 
  • The prize for this giveaway is one (1) family ticket to see Zootropolis 2 at Curzon Cinema Kingston inside The Bentall Centre, only.  
  • The family ticket can be redeemed in two ways: 
  1. Two adults and two children. 
  2. One adult and three children (all children must be under fourteen). 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 
6. Winner Selection: 
  • One winner will be selected at random from all entries across Facebook and Instagram. 
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social platform they entered within 24 hours of the competition closing. 
  • The winner must respond within two days to claim their prize. If they fail to do so, The Bentall Centre reserves the right to select another winner. 
7. Prize Collection: 
  • Winners must collect their prize in person from Curzon Cinema Kingston inside The Bentall Centre at an agreed date and time. 
  • Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize. 
8. Publicity:  
  • By entering, winners agree to their name and, if they consent, image being used for reasonable promotional purposes on The Bentall Centre’s social media channels. 
9. Liability: 
  • The Bentall Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries due to technical failures or issues beyond the Centre’s control. 
  • The Bentall Centre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control. 
10. Social Media Disclaimer:  
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility. 
11. General: 
  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
